We were at the dentist yesterday with our daughters for a cleaning, and we just wanted to say thank you for such a positive experience. Our daughter has been talking about how nice Lily was and she’s excited to see her again.
I saw you (Dr. Granic) for the first time about a dental issue approximately 2 weeks ago. I want to thank you for an excellent experience. Your manner and skills, and your assistant Dorothy, put me at ease, and the clinical procedure was less stressful than I thought it would be, and very successful.
I did leave with a smile. Dr Modi is such a nice gentle man and I was very satisfied with his repair of my chipped teeth. Michelle was great as 2nd in command. It was a good experience; the first time I didn't break out in goosebumps on my arms when the drill showed up. I'm happy to be totally repaired. Our 10 year old son is very fearful of going to the dentist. After several failed visits with other dentists, we decided to give Waterloo Family Dental a try. Dr Modi was very patient and understanding with him. The hygienists we saw, Amanda and Kelly, were so gentle with him. They all joked with him and made him so comfortable. With every visit to Waterloo Family Dental, my son has visibly become more and more comfortable with his dental experiences.
