Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes early to your first appointment so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form. You can also choose to download and fill out the form ahead of time and bring it with you.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will begin by your appointment by reviewing your medical and dental history with you.
Then they will conduct a thorough dental exam to assess the health of your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw. This exam may include an oral cancer screening, X-rays and any other diagnostics they may need to evaluate your oral health.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you.
They will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your oral health and treatment options.
